AURORA (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED strictly adheres to all applicable export, import, customs, and economic sanctions laws, regulations, rules, and orders of the United States, European Union member states, the United Kingdom, and other relevant jurisdictions applicable to the products we distribute (collectively, "Trade Control Regulations"), and is committed to conducting business in a lawful, compliant, and responsible manner.

The company does not sell or deliver products to embargoed countries, restricted individuals, or restricted entities, including but not limited to:

• Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) listed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and entities owned 50% or more by them;
• The Denied Persons List, Entity List, Unverified List, and Military End-User (MEU) List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), as well as military end-uses involving China, Russia, Venezuela, Myanmar, and Cambodia;
• Debarred lists under the U.S. Department of State's Arms Export Control Act (AECA);
• And other applicable international trade control lists.

Furthermore, AURORA (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED does not export products prohibited under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), nor does it engage in transactions requiring export licenses under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The company rigorously implements trade compliance screening, ensuring all transactions satisfy regulatory requirements.

To ensure ongoing compliance, we remain vigilant regarding BIS export enforcement directives and OFAC transaction monitoring, maintaining strict oversight over suspicious inquiries or activities. If any irregular transactions are identified, we take immediate action in accordance with relevant international trade standards to uphold the security and stability of the global supply chain.
